Warranty
Warranty Duration: The warranty is valid for 365 days from the date of sale. However, it does not apply to utilities, accessories, and external body spares.
Pricing and Estimates
Price and Discount Changes: Prices and discounts provided are subject to change without prior notice.
Estimate Validity: Every estimate is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of generation.
Additional Expenses: The estimate covers only the equipment price. Any further expenses will be charged additionally.
Taxes and Value-Added Tax: The agreed prices are ex-works prices and do not include value-added tax, which will be added at the statutory rate on the day of delivery.
Packaging and Incidental Expenses: Packaging, transportation, insurance, and other incidental expenses are not included in the price and will be billed separately.
Customer Obligations: Any charges, taxes, customs duties, or other levies related to the delivery shall be borne by the customer.
Impact of Taxation Policies: Changes in government taxation policies may affect the pricing of the equipment in the estimate.
Delivery
Estimated Delivery Time: The delivery of goods/services will take approximately 18-20 days from the date of order confirmation.
Weight, Units, and Quantities: The weights, numbers of units, and quantities provided by us for calculating the purchase price will apply unless the customer objects within 14 days of receipt.
Payment and Title
Payment Terms: The amount invoiced should be paid in accordance with the payment terms recorded in the invoice.
Title Retention: We retain title to the delivery item until the purchase price and all related claims are fully paid.
Warranty and Liability
Proper Composition and Suitability: We warrant the proper composition of the delivered goods and their suitability for the expressly guaranteed purpose of use.
Limitations of Warranty: Certain features or suitability not explicitly guaranteed may not be covered under warranty, including processing on untreated underlay material, used for unknown purposes or unforeseeable uses.
Statute of Limitations: Warranty claims based on defects in the delivered goods become statute-barred one year after delivery, even if defects are discovered later.
Retention of Title and Assignment of Claims
Joint Title and Disposal: In the event of processing or mixing with other items not belonging to us, joint title to the new item accrues to us. The customer may dispose of these goods in the ordinary course of business as long as obligations are met.
Security and Assignment: As security, claims arising from the sale of goods subject to our title rights are assigned to us proportionally.
Customer Obligations
Information and Assignment: At our request, the customer shall provide necessary information about goods under retention of title and the assigned claims and inform its customers of this assignment.
Safekeeping and Insurance: The customer shall diligently hold the goods under retention of title and insure them at its own expense against loss and damage.
